1. Relationship:

1.01 By joining our site as a member, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service, Privacy and Refund Policy of TheDownliners.com. Members that do not agree to any of these Terms of Service, Privacy and Refund Policy, should stop using our site/service and terminate their account immediately.

1.02 A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of TheDownliners.com.

1.03 The member is totally responsible for the money he/she spends in our site TheDownliners.com.

 

2. Illegal activity:

2.01 Members may not present TheDownliners.com promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by TheDownliners.com, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, obscenity or Spam.

2.02 Members of our site are not allowed to gain referrals by enticing them with gifts/rewards/any other incentives other than that mentioned in our site.

2.03 Registered member can’t create multi account. However, if he is satisfied he can registered more account by his family members person. One person can hold only one account. If multi-accounts of one person detected then all accounts of that person will be terminated and also that member will be banned from accessing our services.

 

3. Third-Party Liability:

3.01 TheDownliners.com will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause harm to members. 

 

4. Payments:

4.01 All payments are processed automatically and the advertising or matrix will be added instantly to your account. Products shipment labels generated immediately after your package order and will be sent by shipment department within the day of order. Sometimes, they may take a bit longer time to get processed because of server issues etc and hence please allow up to 1 hr for the payment to be processed and for the package or advertising to be added to your account. If it takes longer time, please kindly contact the Support for further assistance. 

 

5. Refund Policy:

5.01 All purchased items (Add funds/package purchase(s)/surf free plans including others) are non-refundable (NO REFUND).

5.02 We can't refund package purchase(s) after being shipped through our end.

5.03 If you make a dispute, Charge back or reverse transactions on your purchases, your account will be suspended immediately. On closure of dispute, we will re-evaluate the situation and may either reinstate your account or terminate your account.

 

6. For Advertisers:

6.01 Pornography / Adult / Gambling / Betting or any related ads are not allowed. 

6.02 Ads that disgrace any Religion / Faiths / Beliefs / Culture / Race / person / animals or any other living creatures / our site / other sites / other programs are not allowed. 

6.03 Ads with false / fake / misleading claims are not allowed.

Your account will be terminated if these type of ads are posted.

 

7. Privacy Policy:

7.01 TheDownliners.com will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member unless required by law. 

7.02 Your information collected is used for communication of TheDownliners.com with the members and will not be sold to any other company. 

7.03  We use cookies to keep track of advertisements and Affiliates. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

 

8. Contact Information:

8.01 It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date at the members area. TheDownliners.com will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership. 

 

9. Copyright Material:

9.01 All branding, logos and graphics contained within TheDownliners.com are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. TheDownliners.com provides members with approved material for marketing within the members area. 

 

10. Damaging Intent:

10.01 Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to TheDownliners.com and/or its members may result in the termination of your membership with TheDownliners.com. Depending on seriousness, TheDownliners.com may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action. 

 

11. UCE/UBE or SPAM:

11.01 TheDownliners.com strictly prohibits the use of UCE or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of TheDownliners.com and for the benefit of all its members. Members proven to be participating in such activities will result in the termination of your membership. 

 

12. Tax:

12.01 You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in you resident country / domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive either from TheDownliners.com or any program promoted via the TheDownliners.com program. 

 

13. Disputes 

13.01 Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws.

13.02 TheDownliners.com reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the terms and conditions. We will notify our members by email before or after doing changes.
